Inside ARC 1: Engineering the World's Best Carbon Gaming Mouse
Nov 18, 2025 - 5 min read
ARC 1 started with a single rule: build the lightest, most precise mouse we would trust on stage ourselves. That meant pairing aerospace materials with parts that already win championships.
The shell is hand-finished carbon, not plastic. Carbon keeps its stiffness under load, resists micro-flex, and lets us reach 39 grams without the hollow feel that ultralight plastic shells can have. The payoff is stability - you feel the mouse, not the shell moving around the sensor.
For tracking, we chose the proven HERO 2 platform. It delivers motion clarity and efficiency at esports tiers, so we spent our time dialing shape, balance, and button feel instead of gambling on experimental sensors. Light without fragility, fast without wobble, precise without tricks.
Each unit is built in our Zurich manufacture. Shells are trimmed, polished, and bonded by hand; switches and side buttons are matched for feel; every mouse is weighed and glide-tested before it leaves. If you engrave or personalize yours, that work is done in the same room.
ARC 1 exists because we wanted a tool that reflects the way we play: Swiss-made, carbon, and obsessively tuned. When you pick it up, it should feel inevitable - no surprises, just confidence.
The goal was simple: a mouse without compromises. Many brands chase weight by punching holes through the shell, stretching shapes that are not practical, or stripping out buttons and useful features. We refused to trade structure, comfort, or controls for a spec sheet win. ARC 1 stays solid, keeps its form, and keeps the inputs you actually use.
